Three claims, taken apart.
Each post takes a sentence you have actually heard in a gym and follows it down to the research — or to the absence of it. Same standard as the books: every factual claim names its source, every opinion is labelled as one.
The email list hears first. New posts go out before they are linked here.
The posts
“Five hours is enough for me. I’ve adapted.”
Somebody says it in every gym, usually with total confidence. One laboratory week of five-hour nights, ten healthy young men, and a testosterone measurement say otherwise — with the caveats that number actually carries.

Not a stupid claim — the kind that sounds obviously true right up until somebody looks it up. Six supplements have meaningful support behind them. The rest sell the feeling of optimising.

It usually changes nothing. What publication bias does to the literature, what a single finding is actually worth, and how to test a claim yourself without a degree in statistics.
